Refund and Return Policy

At TOYXJOY, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

      • Used or opened lubricants and condoms due to hygiene reasons.
      • Intimate apparel or items that have been worn.
      • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description.
  2. Initiating a Return:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@toyxjoy.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

    • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  4. Inspection and Processing:

    • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@toyxjoy.com with photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

  7. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@toyxjoy.com.

  8. Final Sale Items:

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

  9. Policy Updates:

    • TOYXJOY reserves the right to update or modify this refund and return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review this policy periodically for updates.
